600-watt industrial CO₂ laser cutting system, further expanding the company’s in-house production
capabilities and reinforcing its commitment to precision manufacturing and advanced process control.
The newly installed HC-Laser1218 laser system features a large working area that allows for a maximum cutting length of 70″ in 1 direction. Designed for high-throughput industrial environments,
the system supports faster cutting speeds, improved edge quality, and repeatable accuracy across a wide range
of both metallic and non-metallic materials.
Advanced Capabilities for Industrial Applications
With 600 watts of CO₂ laser power, the new system allows PIC to efficiently process materials such as wood, acrylics,
polyester films, rubber, foam, gasket materials, and other substrates commonly used in industrial identification,
labeling, overlays, and graphic components.
