Product Identification Company Acquires Danielle Die Cut Products, Expanding Custom Die-Cutting & Finishing Capabilities
Garfield, NJ (July 1, 2025) – Product Identification Company (PIC), a leading provider of custom printing, labeling, and precision cutting solutions, announces the acquisition of the key assets of Danielle Die Cut Products (DDCP), a well-established die-cutting and finishing business based in Paterson, NJ. The acquisition strengthens PIC’s capabilities in steel-rule die-cutting, large-format production, and finishing.
“Bringing Danielle Die Cut Products into the PIC family allows us to offer our customers an even broader range of die-cutting and finishing solutions — all with the same commitment to quality and service they trust,” said Les Weinstock, CEO of Product Identification Company.
About Danielle Die Cut Products
Founded in 1988, Danielle Die Cut Products specializes in precision die-cutting of plastics, paper, and foam. The team is known for retail display components and assemblies, as well as industrial die-cut parts produced from thick and unusual substrates. DDCP’s large-format expertise includes equipment capable of producing custom parts up to 55″ wide in a single pass — and up to 110″ using a two-hit process. DDCP also provides finishing services such as mounting, heat bending of plastics, and full display assembly.
What This Means for Customers
- Larger format capacity: Brausse die-cutting up to 55″ in one pass, up to 110″ in two hits, ideal for oversized displays, packaging, and industrial parts.
- Heated clamshell presses (Thomson) for cutting, creasing, embossing, and hot stamping on thick or specialty materials.
- Wide-format laminating and gluing for protective films, mounting, and display finishing.
- Precision guillotine cutting for clean, accurate final sizing.
- Advanced heat-bending capability (Advanced Touch QTC44 table) for formed plastic components and display elements.
- Faster lead times by combining PIC’s in-house die-making with expanded multi-press die-cutting capacity.
- A true one-stop shop for precision cutting, die-making, printing, finishing, and assembly — reducing the need to coordinate multiple vendors.
“Together, we’re creating a single destination for precision cutting, die-making, and custom printing — with more options, faster turnaround, and unmatched quality,” said Jeff Weinstock, VP of Operations at Product Identification Company.
