Q. What type of drawing files do I need to provide in order to get a quote?
A. We prefer to receive all drawings in either .pdf or .jpeg format. We are also able to open CAD files that are submitted in .dwg format.
Q. What type of artwork file do I need to submit for production?A. We are able to accept .eps, .ai, .pdf and .jpeg files. Please make sure that the file are high-resolution. Also, please submit all .eps, .ai and .pdf files “SAVED AS OUTLINES” to prevent the fonts from automatically converting to one of our default fonts.
Q - My artwork file is over 5 MB. Can I still e-mail it?A. Please send the file to our ftp site. The link is

Q. We don’t have artwork or a formal drawing. Can your staff handle the design and layout for me?A. We are able to provide this service to you as we have a full-service in-house Art Dept. The cost to provide this service will be quoted based on the amount of work involved.

Q. Do your products meet military specifications?
A. Yes, we are able to produce nameplates, decals and labels IAW A-A-50271, MIL-DTL-15024F, MIL-DTL-19834C, and MIL-DTL-43719D. Please inquire if there are other specifications that are needed and we will advise if they can be met.
Q. Can I get a certificate of conformance (C of C) with my order?A. We offer C of Cs at no charge for all orders where drawings have been submitted. Shelf-life information and material certification will only be provided upon request.
Q. What is your standard lead-time?A. Most orders are quoted as 2-3 week delivery after receipt of order (ARO) including new orders or repeat items where artwork changes are needed . Many times exact repeat orders can be produced quicker. Additionally, we keep inventory of many of the items that we produce. In these cases we are able to make a partial shipment within a 24 hour period after the order is placed.
Q. Do you offer Rush Service?A. We try to accommodate requests for expedited delivery. We will add charges for Premium Delivery if overtime is needed in order satisfy a particular requirement. This additional charge will be communicated to you when the expediting request is made.
